Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 18, 2026
1. Introduction and data controller
This Privacy Policy explains how Vibe Fighter collects, uses and protects personal data, in accordance with Brazil's General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13,709/2018, the LGPD). The data controller is Razlog Consultoria e Desenvolvimento LTDA, CNPJ 44.337.027/0001-40, which operates Vibe Fighter.
2. Data we collect
- Account: name, e-mail, password (stored only as a hash), preferred language and the date you accepted the Terms of Use.
- Gameplay: your display name in matches, results, stats, achievements and the cosmetic items you choose.
- Match recordings: the game state of every match, including the participants' display names (see the Terms of Use).
- Guests: a random anonymous identifier, kept in the session cookie, that the progress of players without an account is tied to.
- Notifications: a browser push subscription, only if you ask to be notified when a spot opens in the waiting room.
- Purchases and billing: if you buy something or subscribe, your name and country and, for buyers in Brazil, your CPF and postal address, which we need to issue the invoice; what you bought, the amounts, the payment method and the payment status. Card details are typed on Stripe's page and Pix is paid through Woovi; we never receive or store your card number.
- Technical data: IP address, browser and device type, connection data and error reports, needed to run the servers, put you in a match and protect the service against abuse.
- Usage statistics: pages visited, game events (such as map, weapons used and wins), performance (frames per second and latency) and recordings of how the site's pages are browsed, collected by an analytics tool we host ourselves.
3. How we use the data and legal bases
We use the data to create and maintain your account, send confirmation and password-reset e-mails, run matches, keep your progress and achievements, and tell you when it's your turn in the waiting room, on the basis of performing the service you ask for (LGPD art. 7, V). We use billing data to process your payments, give you what you bought and issue the invoice, on the basis of performing the contract (art. 7, V) and of our tax obligations (art. 7, II).
We use usage statistics, technical data and recordings to keep the game safe, investigate bugs and cheating, balance the game, improve the bots and promote Vibe Fighter, on the basis of our legitimate interest (art. 7, IX). Browser notifications depend on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time in your browser settings.
We do not sell personal data and we do not use your data for targeted advertising. The only ads we show are our own invitations to subscribe to Plus: they use no tracking and no third-party ad network, and Plus removes them.
4. Sharing
- Other players see your display name and results, and the participants of a match can watch its recording.
- Suppliers that make the service possible receive only what they need: hosting and storage providers, the e-mail delivery service, the error-monitoring service and the browsers' push services (such as Google's, Mozilla's and Apple's).
- Payment processors: Stripe (cards) and Woovi (Pix) receive what they need to charge you, such as the amount, your e-mail and, for Pix, your name and CPF.
- ViaCEP, a free postal-code lookup service: when you type a Brazilian CEP in the billing form, our server sends it the CEP alone (no name, e-mail or IP address) to fill in the street, neighborhood, city and state.
- The tax authorities and our accountants, through the invoices we issue.
- Authorities, when required by law or court order.
5. International transfers
To keep latency low, Vibe Fighter has servers in more than one region of the world, and some suppliers are based outside Brazil. Your data may therefore be processed in other countries, always for the purposes described here and in the cases allowed by LGPD art. 33.
6. Retention and deletion
We keep account data for as long as the account exists. When it is deleted, we erase or anonymize your personal data, except what the law requires us to keep. Match recordings and aggregate statistics may remain, unlinked from the deleted account, and clips already published in promotional material are not withdrawn.
Purchase and invoice records (what you bought, the amounts, and the name, CPF and address on the invoice) are kept after an account is deleted, for the period tax law requires (currently five years), and erased afterwards.
There is no delete-account button yet: to delete yours, e-mail contact@vibefighter.io from the address registered on it.
7. Your rights
Under LGPD art. 18, you can ask for:
- confirmation that we process your data, and access to it;
- correction of incomplete, inaccurate or outdated data;
- anonymization, blocking or deletion of unnecessary or excessive data;
- portability of your data to another provider;
- deletion of data processed on the basis of your consent, and withdrawal of that consent;
- information about who we share your data with.
You can change your name and e-mail on your account page. For anything else, write to contact@vibefighter.io.
8. Children and teenagers
Accounts for anyone under 18 must be created with their parents' or guardians' permission. If you are the parent or guardian of a child or teenager who created an account without permission, write to contact@vibefighter.io and we will delete the account and its data.
9. Security
Passwords are stored only as hashes, the connection to the site is encrypted (HTTPS) and access to the data is restricted. No system is completely safe: if a security incident could cause significant risk or harm, we will notify the people affected and Brazil's data protection authority (ANPD), as the LGPD requires.
10. Cookies and local storage
We only use cookies the site needs to work: a session cookie, which keeps you logged in and holds the anonymous guest identifier, and a cookie with your chosen language. Your browser also stores your preferences locally, such as controls, audio, chosen cosmetics and preferred server. The analytics tool does not use cookies. We use no advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this Policy from time to time; the date of the last update is shown at the top of this page. We will announce significant changes on the site, or by e-mail to account holders.
12. Contact and data protection officer
Questions, requests and complaints about how personal data is handled can be sent to our data protection officer at the address below. You can also complain to Brazil's National Data Protection Authority (ANPD).
