1. About the service
Vibe Fighter is a 2D multiplayer fighting game played right in the browser, at vibefighter.io. The service is operated by Razlog Consultoria e Desenvolvimento LTDA, Brazilian company registration (CNPJ) 44.337.027/0001-40 ("we").
By playing Vibe Fighter, with or without an account, you agree to these Terms of Use and to our Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any part of them, do not use the service.
2. Guests and accounts
You can play without an account. In that case your progress is tied to an anonymous identifier kept in a browser cookie, and it can be lost if that cookie is deleted. When you create an account and log in, that progress moves to the account.
When you create an account, you agree to give a valid e-mail address that belongs to you, to keep your password secret and not to share the account. You are responsible for what is done with it. Some cosmetic items are only available to accounts with a confirmed e-mail.
3. Minimum age
If you are under 18, ask your parents or guardians for permission before creating an account. By creating one, you state that you have that permission, and your parents or guardians become responsible for its use.
4. Code of conduct
When playing, you agree not to:
- use cheats, automation software or any tool that gives you an unfair advantage;
- deliberately exploit bugs instead of reporting them;
- use names that are offensive, discriminatory, sexual or that impersonate someone else;
- harass, threaten or insult other players;
- try to overload, break into or disrupt the servers.
We may remove names and suspend accounts or access that break these rules.
5. Match recordings
Every match is recorded automatically. A recording captures the game state (positions, movements, weapons, results and the players' display names), never your camera, microphone or screen.
On the site, a recording can only be watched by the players who took part in that match. We use recordings for replays and highlights, to investigate bugs and cheating, to improve the game and its bots, and in promotional material for Vibe Fighter such as trailers and social media posts. By playing, you allow these uses of the recordings of matches you take part in.
6. Progress, achievements and cosmetic items
Stats, achievements and cosmetic items have no monetary value, cannot be sold or transferred, and do not entitle you to any refund or compensation. We may adjust, rebalance or remove achievements and items, and correct or reset progress gained through bugs or in breach of these Terms. Items you buy are covered by the next section.
7. Purchases and Vibe Fighter Plus
Some cosmetic items are sold in the store, and Vibe Fighter Plus is a monthly subscription that removes the ads, lets you open more of your recordings, and gives you a new cosmetic item every month. Recordings beyond the number your plan lets you open stay stored but are locked, along with their share links, until you have Plus again. The monthly item is yours to keep for good if you are subscribed during the month it is released. Prices depend on the country in your billing details: they are shown in Brazilian reais (R$) for buyers in Brazil and in US dollars (US$) elsewhere. You pay by card, processed by Stripe, or by Pix, processed by Woovi; we never receive or store your card number. Only accounts with a confirmed e-mail can buy.
Because we issue an invoice for every payment, before buying we ask for your name and country and, if you are in Brazil, your CPF and postal address. You are responsible for giving correct data.
An item you buy is a personal, non-transferable license to use it in Vibe Fighter for as long as your account and the service exist. If a payment is reversed or charged back, the item is taken back.
Plus renews every month until you cancel: on the same card or, if you subscribed with Pix Automático (available in Brazil), by a monthly Pix charge under the authorization you gave in your bank app. You can cancel at any time from the store page ("Manage subscription" for a card, "Cancel subscription" for Pix Automático) or, for Pix Automático, in your bank app; it then stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, and the part of a period already paid is not refunded.
If you buy over the internet, you can withdraw within 7 days of the payment and get a full refund, as the Consumer Defense Code (art. 49) provides: write to contact@vibefighter.io. The refund removes the item or ends the plan.
8. Intellectual property
Vibe Fighter, its brand, art, sounds, maps, source code and everything else in it belong to Razlog Consultoria e Desenvolvimento LTDA or its licensors. Copying, reverse engineering or any unauthorized use of any part of the game is prohibited.
9. Availability and limitation of liability
Vibe Fighter is offered "as is". We do our best to keep it running, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation: servers can go down, matches can be cut short and the game can change at any time. We are not liable for losses caused by connection failures, by your device or by third-party services such as browsers and internet providers. Nothing in these Terms limits the rights the Consumer Defense Code gives you as a consumer.
10. Termination and suspension
You can stop playing whenever you like and ask for your account to be deleted by writing to contact@vibefighter.io. We may suspend or close accounts and block access that breaks these Terms or abuses the service.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time; the date of the last update is shown at the top of this page. We will announce significant changes on the site, or by e-mail to account holders. Continuing to play after a change means you accept the new terms.
12. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. The courts of São Paulo/SP have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them, without prejudice to a consumer's right to bring a claim in the courts of their own domicile.
