What they look like
A cape hangs from your fighter's shoulders and flutters behind them as they move. There are 4 to choose from. A cape is only for show: it does not change how you move or fight.
How to unlock them
The gallery above tags each cape with how you get it: free, with a confirmed account, through an achievement, in the Store or as a Plus drop. The other pages in this guide explain each way.
How to wear one
Open Cosmetics on the join screen and pick a cape. Everyone in the match sees it, and it also shows on your Play of the Game card.
