Maps with One-Way Platforms

Arenas with floors you jump up through from below and stand on from above. Bullets pass through them too.

A one-way platform lets you jump up through it from below and stand on it from above. It is not cover from below: a floor you can jump through is a floor someone can hit you through. Sniper uses glass decks that bullets pass through too, so they break up the lanes without blocking them. Brawlhouse splits each floor in two with an open shaft between the halves, making a stairwell where the fight is always vertical under an indestructible roof. Armory makes its stair steps one-way and indestructible, so the pads on them never float over a hole.

Know what is under you. The best position on a one-way map is usually the one with a solid backstop, such as a wall, a steel pillar or the edge of a floor.

Nothing falls from the sky. Six glowing pads hand out weapons, and each shows the weapon it will give before you commit.
